Over one month after the devastating wildfires in Maui, the official death toll stands at 115. The number of missing is now 66. Our hearts continue to break for those in that AAPI community who have suffered tremendous loss. As detailed reports emerge, the needs of our fellow community are becoming clearer. Donations from around the world have poured in to provide temporary housing to over 7,000 people and help rebuild the affected neighborhoods.

The American Red Cross and Maui Strong Fund are delivering care to those affected and will be there in the months ahead to support people throughout the recovery process.

Kako’o Maui Match Donation Fund where 100% of the proceeds will go to Maui organizations to support relief efforts.

AAPI Alliance made a donation to the Maui Strong Fund and our Board Members made personal donations to various Funds. We urge you to do the same to support the relief efforts for the many in Maui who are mourning and still without homes.
